My Dream Invite is a digital invitation service run by Terentii Maxim, a private individual based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Contact: hello@mydreaminvite.com.

This page explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have.

1. What data we collect

• Order data: the couple's names, the event date and venues, email, phone, and the texts and photos you send us.
• Payment data: PayPal sends us the payer's name, email, the amount and the transaction ID. We do not receive or store card details.
• Guest data, for packages with RSVP: name, reply (attending or not), number of guests, menu choice and the message left in the form.
• Messages you send us by email or through forms.

2. Why we use it

• To create, publish and update the invitation you ordered.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To show you your guests' RSVPs in your dashboard.
• To answer your questions and send you information about your order.

We do not sell data to anyone and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.

3. Who is responsible

For order data, My Dream Invite decides how it is used. For guest data collected through RSVP, the couple decides what it is used for; My Dream Invite only stores it and shows it in the couple's dashboard.

4. Who we share it with

• PayPal: payment processing.
• Cloudflare: hosting the website and invitations.
• Web3Forms: delivers the answers from the order form to us by email.
• Google Fonts: the fonts used on the website and invitations.
• In future, a database provider for RSVPs. We will update this list when we add it.

Some providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

• Order and guest data: for as long as the invitation is online and 12 months after, then we delete or anonymise it, automatically or on request.
• Payment data: for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of it. Write to us at hello@mydreaminvite.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

7. Cookies

The My Dream Invite website does not use its own tracking or advertising cookies. A few external services may set technical cookies:

• PayPal, when you open the payment, for security and fraud prevention.
• Cloudflare, for the security and speed of the website.

If we add visitor statistics or advertising, we will update this section and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers. The couple's dashboard is accessible only to people with access to the order email.
